Ms. Deng Xia, Deputy Director of the Huangpu District Health Bureau, graced the occasion and jointly unveiled the "China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City International Medical and Wellness Base" with our hospital. 02 Responding to the Trend: The Unveiling of the "China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City International Medical and Wellness Base" Holds Far-reaching Significance

Witnessed by all guests present, Consul General Mr. Sardar Muhammad, Counsellor Mr. Muhammad Imran, Deputy Director Ms. Deng Xia, and Vice President Ms. Ma Lanying jointly unveiled the "China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City International Medical and Wellness Base." The unveiling was not just the reveal of a name but the assumption of a significant responsibility and mission.

Currently, less than a decade remains to achieve the strategic goal of building a "Healthy China" by 2035, and the upcoming "15th Five-Year Plan" period is a critical time to accomplish this objective. As the frontier of China's reform and opening-up, Guangdong shoulders an important mission in shaping a new development paradigm. Against this backdrop, Guangzhou Royallee Hospital, leveraging the geographical advantages of the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City to establish an international medical and wellness base, represents a positive response to the national strategy.

This is not merely the implementation of a medical project but an international validation of Guangdong's "pilot" approach in the high-end medical service sector. Through in-depth engagement with Pakistan, a country participating in the Belt and Road Initiative, Royallee Hospital is exploring a path for medical service export that caters to domestic high-end health needs while radiating its influence to Southeast Asia and other countries along the Belt and Road.

03 In-depth Dialogue: Exploring the "Guangzhou Model" for International Healthcare

During the subsequent discussion session, both parties engaged in in-depth conversations on topics such as international two-way referrals, medical talent cultivation, medical tourism and wellness, and establishing a green channel for distinguished Pakistani individuals seeking medical treatment in Guangdong.

The visit by the Consulate General of Pakistan in Guangzhou was not only a recognition of Royallee Hospital's facilities but also an affirmation of its "patient-centered" international service philosophy. Royallee consistently adheres to whole-life-cycle health management, having built unique core strengths in the fields of cancer prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.

Consul General Sardar Muhammad

Consul General Mr. Sardar Muhammad stated during the exchange: "The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor should not only be about connecting infrastructure but also about connecting people's hearts and health. Many Pakistani citizens are doing business and studying in China, and there is also a significant demand for high-end medical services back in Pakistan. Royallee Hospital's international facilities and multilingual service capabilities show us the broad prospects for cooperation between our two sides."

Commercial Counsellor Muhammad Imran

As agreed upon not long ago at an international medical promotion conference involving institutions like the Guangdong Hospital Association, Guangzhou is leveraging its profound medical heritage and outward-looking urban character to plan and build a competitively international medical service system. Royallee Hospital's engagement with the Consulate General of Pakistan in Guangzhou is a concrete practice under this grand vision.

The two sides exchanged souvenirs.

04 Rooted in the Knowledge City, Looking Towards the World

The successful conclusion of this event marks another significant milestone in the internationalization journey of Guangzhou Royallee Hospital. Leveraging long-term, in-depth cooperation with multiple consulates and embassies, and the sustained trust from international patients across 30 countries and regions, Royallee has established a mature and comprehensive international medical service system. This signifies the hospital's official leap from a regional high-end medical center to an influential platform for "Belt and Road" international medical cooperation.

This was not merely a routine diplomatic exchange but a natural manifestation of Royallee Hospital's deep commitment to international development and its core values. Guangdong's pioneering and deepening efforts in the international medical field require mature institutions like Royallee, which possess a solid foundation in international cooperation, continuously promote standard alignment, and consistently lead industry development.

In the future, Guangzhou Royallee Hospital will leverage the "China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City International Medical and Wellness Base" as a platform to further deepen medical cooperation with Pakistan and more countries, promoting Chinese technology, Chinese services, and Chinese standards to the world, and contributing "Royallee's strength" to building a global community of health for all.

On the journey towards "Healthy China 2035", on this dynamic land of reform and opening-up in Guangdong, Guangzhou Royallee Hospital is forging ahead with steady steps, carving out an international medical path with its own unique characteristics.
