Before Arrival
Upload medical records and receive an MDT preliminary assessment within 48 hours, including an initial treatment plan, estimated length of hospital stay, and cost projection (can be used as visa documentation).
Obtain support for visa invitation letters, along with travel itinerary arrangements (3–14 days), airport transfer, and accommodation booking.
Airport pick-up upon arrival: Flight coordination, driver transfer service, and fast-track hospital admission.
Note: MDT results are for medical reference only; visa approval is subject to the specific requirements of consular authorities.
During Hospitalization
MDT multidisciplinary consultation and treatment implementation.
Dedicated customer service for daily communication (24/7 translation support), as well as nutritionist guidance and rehabilitation plan execution.
Cultural care: Access to prayer rooms, a halal kitchen, and Chinese cultural experience activities.

    Hospitalization expenses include ward fees, registration fees, medications, operating room fees, medical consumables, diagnostic examinations (such as imaging examinations, laboratory tests, etc.), radiotherapy, interventional therapy, physical therapy, nursing care, equipment, medical supplies, and doctor's examinations.

    A deposit is required upon admission. A hospitalization bill will be issued the following day. A total hospitalization bill will be issued after all expenses are paid in full before discharge. All expenses must be paid in full before discharge.
